To prevent frivolous or fraudulent claims, any legal communication served on the Company must contain the following verifiable details:

A concise statement detailing the factual grievance and the specific technical or legal remedy sought.
Communications failing to provide verifiable purchase data will be classified as unverified claims and may not receive formal cognizance until the transaction is substantiated.
3. Pre-Litigation Conciliation Procedure
The Company is committed to fair consumer practices and timely grievance redressal.
Before issuing any legal notice or initiating proceedings before any statutory authority, regulatory body, or Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the consumer is required to exhaust the internal grievance redressal mechanism:

Step 2: Allow a conciliation window of fifteen (15) business days for the Company technical and support team to investigate the matter and propose a resolution (The team may call/SMS/Whatsapp you to discuss the matter).

Failure to engage in the pre-litigation conciliation process shall be cited in court proceedings as evidence of premature and vexatious litigation.
4. Technical Architecture & Non-Modularity Disclaimer

Integrated Performance System: The GOT Boost throttle enhancement device comprises a calibrated throttle control module, vehicle-specific wiring harness, display interface, and accompanying software. These parts constitute a singular, integrated, non-modular performance system.

ECU & Protocol Specificity: Devices are engineered and permanently calibrated for specific automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) protocols, voltage thresholds, and accelerator sensor characteristics.

No Cross-Compatibility or Component Swapping: The wiring harness and module are not universal, modular, or interchangeable across different vehicle manufacturers or incompatible models. Attempting to fit a device into an incompatible vehicle make or swapping harnesses across non-identical platforms is technically prohibited, invalidates all product warranties, and introduces risk of electrical or vehicle component malfunction.

Scope of Functionality: The GOT Boost device is engineered strictly to improve accelerator pedal response only. It operates independently and does not affect, alter, or remap the vehicle's engine, transmission, ECU, or any other internal mechanical or electronic systems.

Vehicle Warranties: The device utilizes a safe, non-destructive coupler to coupler fitting for installation. However, as an aftermarket enhancement, GEARONTRACK AUTOWORKS PVT. LTD. cannot guarantee a vehicle manufacturer's decision or agreement regarding the status of your original vehicle warranty. GEARONTRACK AUTOWORKS PVT. LTD. bears no liability for voided manufacturer warranties or legal infractions resulting from the use of this product.
6. Limitation of Liability and Driver Responsibility

Assumption of Risk: The GOT Boost electronic throttle controller is an aftermarket product designed to modify vehicle performance and throttle response. By purchasing and installing this device, the user acknowledges full responsibility for safely operating their vehicle and assumes all inherent risks associated with altered acceleration dynamics.

Driver Negligence and Misconduct: GEARONTRACK AUTOWORKS PVT. LTD. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from user negligence or driving misconduct. This includes accidents, property damage, personal injury, or loss of life resulting from reckless driving, misuse of the performance modes, or any failure to obey local motor vehicle and traffic laws.

Improper Installation and Vehicle Damage: The company accepts no responsibility for any mechanical damage, vehicle accidents, or component failures caused by improper installation of the device. Users must always test if the installation harness is safely connected and use new performance settings in a safe, controlled environment.
7. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

All transactions, disputes, product purchases, and service interactions through this website or through authorized distributors shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of frivolous litigation or unverified notices issued without lawful cause, the Company reserves the right to seek full reimbursement of legal expenses, advocate fees, and exemplary damages under Section 35A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
