Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Engineer Intern to join our team at GOT Inc. The IT Systems Engineer Intern will play a crucial role in managing company software, integrations, CRM tools, and other IT-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in IT systems management and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of company software systems
- Support the integration of new software solutions and tools
- Assist in the administration of CRM tools and databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and enhancements
- Assist in documenting IT processes and procedures
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT systems management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software applications and systems administration
- Understanding of working with Databases
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
